Over the course of his career, Andrian Shapiro has leveraged his real estate experience and acumen to facilitate community improvements across Massachusetts. He is currently involved in the redevelopment of downtown Quincy, which seeks to revitalize the Boston Suburb with new infrastructure and housing.

Since 2014 Andrian and his partners have purchased a number of properties in Quincy including properties on Parkingway and Hancock Street. The lots include more than 155,000 square feet of potential retail space, and his company continues to work with city officials regarding development plans for this and other locations.

Mr. Shapiro comes to this work as co-founder of Partners Properties, doing business as LBC Boston, which manages numerous real estate properties and projects in the Boston area and beyond. He holds a juris doctor from the Law Academy of Odessa and a master's from Ukraine's Institute of Economics, where he graduated summa cum laude.
